There isn’t another dedicated label in Luton for bands to seek support and guidance from, but with Hat Factory Records ready to nurture the local music scene, there are some fresh acts ready to make a bit of noise in the music industry.
The label is going to up the ante in Luton, then bring it to a national audience. Hat Factory Records is all about local music. There is a lot of talent out there but without a real focal point to help bring everyone together HFR are ready to build that platform for local acts.
But they don’t just stop at signing bands. With plans to bring Luton’s club scene up to date, the label aims are to give Luton ‘something a bit different.’ With HFR it seems to be more about the passion for music rather than the money. The team is a vibrant collection of producers, musicians and promoters who all have a great deal of experience in the music world. Their quest to bring Luton’s bands to the forefront of music has just begun and they’re determined to succeed and expand.
